About Sunergy Power
Sunergy Power, LLC was created to change the way
that Americans get their power. Our goal is clear
and simple - become the leader in clean energy
integration and installation in North America. The
need for alternative energy is undisputed and
Sunergy Power’s strategy is to bring renewable
energy to commercial, residential and public
facilities and encourage energy independence and
security.
Sunergy aims to provide energy solutions to property
owners at little or no cost, utilizing government
incentives, grants and tax credits and a percentage
of investor capital to create a long term income
generating vehicle that will provide almost risk
free returns yearly, simultaneously providing the
property owner with fixed utility costs. |

Market Focus
Sunergy Power focuses on servicing customers on the
east coast of the United States. Of these eastern
states (Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North
Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware,
Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut,
Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine,
Vermont) all have some form of incentives for solar
energy use ranging from personal or corporate tax
relief, sales tax relief, property tax relief,
rebates, grants, loans, industry support or
production incentives. Additionally, these local
incentives can be combined with Federal incentives
and tax credits. Sunergy Power considers the
incentives being offered at the state and local
levels as a factor in the process of identifying
target markets. We also consider the cost of
electricity sold by the local utility as a factor in
the process of market selection.
Our target market is government buildings,
corporations, municipalities, colleges and
universities, existing condominiums and housing
projects and new residential development projects as
well as new commercial office parks and
developments. Within these target markets, Sunergy
Power advocates the use of large scale PV arrays
that could well power a significant segment of the
client’s power needs. We propose to engineer large
scale PV arrays in already existing parking lots at
stadiums (professional and college venues), theme
parks, large corporate headquarters and municipal
buildings. We also utilize rooftop space or ground
mounts as the site allows and conditions dictate. We
employ the same strategy in new commercial
developments. Additionally, we engineer PV arrays
for new residential developments that would
essentially create photovoltaic substations. In this
model, arrays can be sold to the end user. |

Why Solar
America and the world are perched on the brink of an
energy revolution. Presently, the overwhelming
source of the energy we consume comes from fossil
fuels. But energy prices for these fossil fuels have
soared out of control this past year only to recede
as demand has dropped. Oil and gas prices reached
record highs this year and many believe that they
will reach those highs again. The increases in
energy costs have affected the price of virtually
every aspect of our daily lives -- from how we get
to work to what we can afford to put on our dinner
table. All the while, scientists tell us that our
world is getting warmer and that this global warming
is the result of the burning of fossil fuels.
Climate change is already blamed for the loss of
animal and plant species worldwide. If unchecked,
this global warming will permanently, profoundly and
irreversibly alter the course of life on this
planet.
In addition to being dirty, increasingly expensive
and in diminishing supply, fossil fuels are
resources that are, in large part, controlled not by
public corporations but by foreign governments,
dictators and cartels. Often times, those who
control these resources have interests diametrically
adverse to the national interests of this country.
Yet we are virtually dependent on these foreign
suppliers. A prolonged “crimp” in the oil “pipeline”
flowing to this country, to our allies or to our
trading partners would have a deleterious effect on
the price and availability of goods throughout the
world. Even without any supply issues or shortages
the fact remains—we are borrowing money from China
to buy oil in the Middle East to burn and release
carbon dioxide and pollutants into our atmosphere.
This makes the continued reliance on fossil fuels
not only a deadly threat to an already degraded
environment but also an unacceptable risk to our
economy and our national security
Renewable energy sources are an attractive
alternative to conventional electricity generation.
Solar electric power is currently the most viable
option. Solar electric power uses the most abundant
natural resource, the sun. Solar panels are
dependable and backed by 20-25 year warranties.
Solar energy is cost competitive with conventional
electricity with the current tax incentive offered
by the Federal Government, State Tax Incentives and
rebates offered by many power companies. Solar
energy produces power with no carbon footprint or
harmful emissions. |
